Closing this as this is purview of the internal team. There should be a separate bash script for doing this that will get pushed from the team at a later date. |

This adds a corresponding bash version of the batch file in
generator/cybersource_php_sdk_gen.bat. I didn't bother changing the powershell commands since it's easily available for both macOS and Linux.
