Description
Add a reusable skeleton component module with primitives and compositions: Skeleton, RepoAvatarSkeleton, JobCardSkeleton, and JobDetailsSkeleton (apps/web/components/ui/skeleton.tsx).
Replace the jobs index page’s generic pulse blocks with JobCardSkeleton instances and wrap them with role="status" / aria-live and an sr-only message (apps/web/app/jobs/page.tsx).
Replace the job details page placeholder with the full JobDetailsSkeleton composition (apps/web/app/jobs/[id]/page.tsx).
Add a Next.js application error boundary (app/error.tsx) that logs the error and exposes a Retry page button to call reset.
Add a shared @Keyframes shimmer animation to global styles (apps/web/app/globals.css) used by the skeletons.
Testing
Ran lint in the web app with cd apps/web && npm run lint, which completed successfully.
