Summary
Adds the post-upgrade full-text reindex step for operators upgrading a release that holds v0.11.108 data to v0.12.0:
charts/dakera/README.md: new "After upgrading data from v0.11: rebuild the full-text indexes" section under Upgrade, with thekubectl port-forwardpluscurlform, what it does, how to check it.charts/dakera/templates/NOTES.txt: a short reminder printed afterhelm upgradeonly (.Release.IsUpgrade), not on fresh installs.The step is applied automatically from v0.12.1 (not released yet); until then it is required. It only rebuilds derived search indexes, memories are untouched.
The chart version is NOT bumped, so merging this does not publish a chart release by itself (a push to main that changes the chart version would). Please decide when to cut the next chart.
