What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Improves the AAS documentation to be more clear about how to get set up with Datadog Azure App Services Monitoring:
installing the Datadog Azure Integration and AAS instrumentation.
Also includes the automated setup which will be GA in the Datadog CLI shortly
