What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
We’ve introduced support for running apps as a service account. This PR updates the App Builder documentation to include service account details and refreshes the Workflows docs to align with current behavior. The App Builder changes are still in progress (as shown in the video), but Workflows has supported this functionality for some time and the docs had fallen out of date.
This update aligns our docs with workflows.
