Description
This PR adds support for a new policy condition subject: IS_INTERNAL.
It allows policies to match whether a component is classified as internal.
A toggle switch UI has been added to the frontend, enabling users to easily set the condition’s value to true or false.
This improves the ability to create policies that differentiate between internal and external components.
