Describe your issue

In UniGetUI 2026.3.3, the tab headers in Installation options and Operation history do not expose their visible labels to screen readers.
Instead, screen readers announces internal Avalonia control class names.
This makes it difficult to determine which tab is currently selected, even though the tabs themselves can be operated using the keyboard.
Affected controls

  1. Installation options — five tabs
All five tabs are announced as:
    Avalonia.Controls.Border

  2. Operation history — two tabs
The two tabs are announced as follows:
    Avalonia.Controls.Grid and UniGetUI.Avalonia.Views.Pages.LogPages.OperationHistoryLogView

Steps to reproduce the issue
