About The Pull Request
Fixes the "dragonalt1" wings by making them actually appear. For some inexplicable reason that I still cannot divine, the solution was to change them to be "dragonalt3". No, I touched nothing else. No, I have no clue WHY that fixed it. Yes, this was the only thing that fixed it after hours of work trying to get it to appear.
Why It's Good For The Game
Fixes an inexplicable bug where a set of wings would not appear.

Showed up in-game in the selection menu again.
