Fix #208
dataframe_regression.checkstill rejected somepandas.StringDtypecolumns. The existing string exception only accepts object columns whose first value is astr, so adtype="string"series that starts withNA(or is empty) failed the laterdtype.kindcheck.Treat
pd.StringDtypethe same way asCategoricalDtype, and add regression tests for the reported case and for an NA-first column.
