Release the plugins branch in conjunction with https://github.com/EnigmaCurry/blogofile_blog as simple blog example, and reference plugin implementation.

• Single codebase for Python 2.6, 2.7, and 3.2 - Completed.
• Eliminate site_init directories and zipfiles from blogofile core
  • Move templates, controllers, filters, etc. from simple_html5_blog to blogofile_blog plugin
  • Move default config into blogofile core
• Refactor code as necessary/desirable.
• Improve test suite, especially unit tests.

Beyond the separation of blogofile into a core tool and an initial blog plugin, new features an other improvement ideas will be addressed post-0.8.
