Create edb_dbo.mdx

What Changed?

Found that edb_dbo is still available, but dropped from EPAS documentation since v12.
By salvaging this from EPAS 11 documentation archive, because this might meet user needs for those migrated from SQL Server.

Per internal review, the edb_dbo extension has been retired for all of EPAS. Docs will not need to have this extension added.

Hi, thanks for your confirmation. Then we might have to fix this list because dbo is still there as a live exteinsion.
