This draft PR includes two vignettes.
utah_risk_modelshows the creation process of a risk model for Utah counties, with a relative risk based on the average computed risk for every county. The exact formulation is a draft and likely to change depending on needs.contact_matrix_sensitivity_washingtonshows a contact matrix sensitivity analysis for Washington County, UT. This vignette highlights differences between Polymod, Adjusted Polymod (used in Shortcreek modeling),contactdata(an extrapolated Polymod dataset applied to the United States), and EpiStorm survey data.
