docs: iOS verification from Linux cloud agents via serve-sim tunnel

Lands the cloud-agent iOS verification research that previously lived only on a local box.

What this shows

1. Linux → tunnel → Mac proof. A Linux Cursor cloud agent drove Mac-hosted serve-sim over an ephemeral ngrok tunnel (HTTP + binary WebSocket). Expo Go on iPhone 16e, Home → Settings, with cold and warm visual confirms on 2026-09-23 PT. Evidence is under docs/cloud-agent-ios-verification/evidence/e2e-20260923/.
2. Positioning is integration, not competition. EAS Simulator is the zero-Mac Expo path (and already consumes the serve-sim preview in web-preview-only). BYO Mac + tunnel is the proven fundamentals path. Cursor Self-Hosted / Namespace is the Enterprise path when the agent itself must run on Apple silicon. serve-sim stays a local preview/control surface, not a Mac fleet. 3. Stock Agent Skill has no --url. Input commands read a Mac-local $TMPDIR state file. The proof used a small WebSocket client (ws, touch tag 0x03). That client is not shipped; the fundamentals guide inlines the same begin/end tap.
4. Demo Bot graded the fundamentals pack Excellent / SHIP. Review notes are in grading/ (PASS.md, PASS1.md, PASS2.md, RECONCILE.md).
5. Evidence is sanitized. Tunnel hostnames, auth tokens, and home directories are omitted. The tunnels were ephemeral and were stopped after the session. Duplicate ladder JPEGs that matched the cold Home/Settings shots are not repeated.
