- Added feedback from bioconda submission
- Simplified cmake files
* Disable build of libraries * AVX code path off by default * Do not static link against boost
cmake can have issues finding the python distro> add Python_ROOT_DIR parameter
Set Python_ROOT_DIR to find python. Should not require exact python version anymore.
