The Goal of this release is to optimize and clean up the pack, and overall make sure it runs better.

Changelogs (Major Changes)
- Reworked Ore Generation, Ores now spawn on a massive grid and generally ~2-3x the size they were before
- Ore Survey Scanner (Provided by the QB) - Allows you to scan far aware ore deposits) [May produce inaccurate data on older worlds]
- Ore Excavation Drill (Early Testing) will replace single and multiblock miners fully in the next update, for now they're releases aside them
- The Quake Movement from the Velocity Bargain has been overhauled to be much more controllable while still feeling chaotic
- A pile of recipe fixes
- [Untested] - Fixed Capability Registry and NBT De-serialization inside of cosmiccore, which was potentially afflicting multiplayer server with issues.

Oxygen re-breather should work now, unsure about spacesuits
Soul Bargain System is in, you'll need to spawn yourself a mirror of erosion as i did not make a recipe if you want to toy around with it
awaken the bargain system by killing yourself 3 times. In the future there will be death-free ways to open it as well
