Setup for stress testing the committer by substituting the fuel node with a fake one whose block sizes and contents are easy to control. The rest is the same as when we do e2e tests (ie db, eth node, kms, etc)
Needed for the upcoming Eigen da stress testing.
Comes with a UI for simple monitoring and live block size control:
