Add Recipe for Pattern Provider#1621

How many pattern holding slots does this bus have? |
|
It has 99 slots (11 rows) to be just slightly worse than the largest craftable input bus, that way people should hopefully not have too many issues migrating. This is designed to be a "set up once and forget" solution like the current uses of super busses in 2.8.x, some of which have well over 100 slots. I think at IV you can craft the 64 slot super bus in 2.8? This is technically a buff in that regard. I chose 3 cards in the recipe because that's what the interface can accept. But upon further reflection, since it has 11 rows, it should take 10 cards. |

Super buses are deprecated in 2.9, so the highest IV tier bus you can attain is 36 slots. |

I know the PR already merged, but given the previous functionality of the LMA I feel like it would make more sense that there are different tiers of Pattern Provider hatch all with different recipes that can be used on the multi. Is there a reason you went with just one? |

This is good to go but these should be made tiered in a future PR
Recipe for the input bus introduced in GTNewHorizons/GT5-Unofficial#5688
1 IV input bus + 1 Interface + 3 Pattern Capacity Card + circuit 4 -> 1 Crafting Pattern Provider

(the texture is broken in this screenshot, that's fixed in an open PR to GT5)
