Scheduled messages (1/4): OpenAPI models and endpoints - #4360
Generate the OpenAPI models and endpoints of scheduled messages, so the next PRs can build the SDK support on them.
📝 Summary
Endpoints: queryScheduledMessages, updateScheduledMessage, sendScheduledMessageNow and deleteScheduledMessage.
SendMessageRequest.scheduledAt, and SendMessageResponsePayload.scheduledMessage in its response.
includeScheduledMessages on ChannelGetOrCreateRequest and QueryChannelsRequest, with ChannelStateResponse.scheduledMessages.
The schedule-message channel capability.
The ScheduledMessageServerStatus, ScheduledMessageQueryStatus and ScheduledMessageFailureReason enums of the status, the status filter and the failure reason.
🛠 Implementation
Generated with Scripts/openapi_generate.sh. The properties the SDK does not read are removed in the "Unread by the SDK" block. The generated ScheduledMessageStatus is renamed to ScheduledMessageServerStatus, since ScheduledMessageStatus is the SDK's status that merges the local and server states.
The offline queue does not queue the new endpoints, so its switch over the generated endpoints stays exhaustive.
The scheduled_message.* events are generated in the next PR, because turning them into domain events needs the ScheduledMessage model.
No behavior change: nothing calls the new endpoints yet.
🧪 Manual Testing Notes
Nothing to test manually. It builds, and the existing tests pass.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
API support now includes scheduled-message operations and their associated request and response types.
Behavior Changes
Deleting, querying, sending immediately, or updating a scheduled message while offline will no longer queue the action for later; these actions require a network connection.
API Changes
OpenAPI definitions no longer include html, mml, or sharedLocation in scheduled-message content, cooldownRemainingMs in channel state, or includeActiveMemberCount in channel queries.
Add the scheduled messages endpoints and models from the backend spec, with the include_scheduled_messages option of the channel queries and the scheduled_at of SendMessage.
The OpenAPI generation rules now retain scheduled-message endpoints and models, classify request and response models, and remove selected properties. Four scheduled-message endpoints are excluded from offline queuing. The SDK Size workflow now specifies four pull request activity types.

The workflow’s pull request trigger now runs for opened, synchronize, reopened, and ready_for_review events.
Scheduled messages containing shared locations may lose that content when decoded; retain the location payload before merging.

/// Why sending the message failed. Only set when status is failed. One of: banned, no_permission, channel_frozen, channel_deleted, user_deleted, moderation_blocked, hook_rejected, expired, internal_error, invalid_message, pending_not_supported
The backend now names the status, query status and failure reason enums of the scheduled messages. The status is generated as ScheduledMessageServerStatus, since ScheduledMessageStatus is the SDK's merged status.

Retain sharedLocation for scheduled-message content.
ScheduledMessageContentResponse is a decoded API model. The API schema includes shared_location with a dedicated ScheduledMessageLocation payload. This removal silently drops location data from scheduled messages that contain it. Keep sharedLocation and retain/classify ScheduledMessageLocation. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
