Update Hydraulic to Minecraft: Java Edition 26.1

This work-in-progress pull request updates Hydraulic to Minecraft: Java Edition 26.1.

TODO:

• Update PackConverter version to 3.4.3-SNAPSHOT (See: Added Null Safety PackConverter#63)

This isn't exactly an issue report. Also, that just means you're missing Geyser-Fabric.

This is not a Hydraulic GitHub issue. Please make a new Hydraulic GitHub issue. Also, I wouldn't recommend using my PR build of Hydraulic when it's a work in progress.

In my first log and your log, it seems that we have the same error, some unescaped control characters in Line 6. I do have a fork of this PR that hopefully resolves this error. Idk if it will work for you but it worked for me. My guess is that ForgeConfigAPI is causing this since we both had this in common.

@PlixyMC looked at your changes... some of them look promising! Provided your remove the crash reports and the .vscode/settings.json file from the repo, I could see those changes being accepted into the base repo if you're willing to PR them.
