I cherry-picked this from @GraniteKeep's massive change in #17. This one is easy to review and should be merged ASAP.

However, I noticed the new link in this commit gets redirected. Should we use the redirected URL instead? http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/16.04.1/SHA256SUMS

"/16.04/" links to the most recent 16.04 version, in this case 16.04.5

Thanks @bitcoinhodler, I was just pulling this out myself. Did you notice anything else you'd consider critical? There are a lot of broken links and references to non-existant sections, but I don't think there was anything that grinds the process to a halt.
