Python Program for creating html, css, js files

How to use:

1. Edit the counter.txt to 0.
2. Create a index.html and a styles.css template witch you want to copy from.
3. Edit the alt+u.py FOLDER_LOCATION, COUNTER_FILE_LOCATION, INDEX_HTML_PATH, STYLE_CSS_PATH to your needs.
4. run the alt+u.py,
5. Now every time you press alt + u it will create a directory and open it in VS Code.

Currently only works on windows
