Added hotkey (default apostrophe) for StepAssist (NanoMuscle boots, QuarkTech boots)
Outcome
Added feature of #4184
Added state toggle display to tooltips of boots
Fix error in en_us,json (nms -> qts) and add normal messages
Additional Information
For equipment with the STEEP_BOOTS tag, StepAssist works by default. For NanoMuscle and QuarkTech boots, it works by StepAssist tag state. (if works by tag.contains("stepAssist"))
