Regression protection for GET /api/mastery-paths/reading/records (HKUDS#1109/HKUDS#1130): cross-account invisibility through the real require_learning_surface auth stack, the 200-entry most-recent-first activity tail, the empty-account branch, 401 on missing/invalid tokens, 405 on writes, and 400 on conflicting workspace scopes.
