Compression.NativeUI targets plain net10.0 with a GTK backend but was built and never published, so every download was Windows-only above the CLI. It now publishes self-contained single-file for linux-x64 from the same Windows host that already produces the Linux CLI, and lands as CompressionWorkbench-UI-linux-x64-<version>.zip. ! NativeUI covers the mounting workflow only; the WPF UI stays the full workstation, so this is a second frontend, not a replacement.

It had a GTK backend but CI only ever built the Windows binary._build.ymlpublishes single-filelinux-x64next towin-x64.CompressionWorkbench-UI-linux-x64-<v>.zip.First of six split out of the original combined branch. Merge order: this, then #389 (retire WPF), then #390 / #391 / #393 on that, and #392 on #391.
Verified: solution builds on its own against current
main. The upload path only runs in CI; this PR's run exercises it.
