Updates ida-cmake to include allthingsida/ida-cmake#24, which fixes ARM64 architecture detection on Linux.
The Linux block in
platform.cmakehardcodedIDA_ARCHtox64, soarm64_linux_64/libraries added in v9.3.0-sdk.2 were unreachable on aarch64 hosts.
