I have finished the integration of PaddleOCR as a new backend service for the HumanSignal/label-studio-ml-backend project. This update brings to the table an unparalleled capability for Interactive Bounding Box (BBOX) OCR, extending support to an impressive array of 80 languages. PaddleOCR is distinguished by its outstanding performance in text recognition, particularly for Chinese texts, where it leads in both accuracy and speed.
