This PR permanently integrates the Cloudflare Auto-Tunnel capability into the gateway. On startup, the gateway now automatically creates a secure public tunnel and provides a 'Magic Link' for pairing, solving the 'different city' problem for users without requiring port forwarding or manual IP entry.
