Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@langchain/core](https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchainjs) and [@langchain/google-genai](https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchainjs). These dependencies need to be updated together.
