to run the flask server:

Have a terminal inside cd'ed into the flask-server
and run the command 

```source venv/bin/activate```
then do
```python3 server.py```

to build the front end, you will probably need nextjs so....

IN THE WEB_CONTROLLER DIRECTORY
```npm i next```
```npm run build```
ONLY DO THESE THINGS ONCE

now to run it

```npm run start```
