- MVKImage::getMemoryRequirements() fix access to memory bindings. - Fix parameter declarations of getMemoryRequirements() on MVKImageMemoryBinding, MVKImage, and MVKBuffer. - Use inline allocation for temp MVKImage in vkGetDeviceImageMemoryRequirements() and temp MVKBuffer in vkGetDeviceBufferMemoryRequirements().
