Update various docs

This pull request improves documentation around several pre-existing areas.

The update on the not credited nature of extra_latent_entropy was thanks to #326.

Changes

There are no changes to the functionality of the codebase.

Note the removal of the option to reduce the MCE tolerance level is due to it being removed from the kernel in December 2021.

This is why when me an @adrelanos discussed it around mid 2022 there was no documentation to be found. It was then commented out in #113.

Here I first updated the existing documentation pertaining to it to make it more clear what the setting was all about in the first place. Next I removed it entirely to make it clearer as to why.
