The Wolf VD track shows the mean TMRCA for village dogs (in orange) and wolves (in red).
The VD Geo track shows mean TMRCA for each geographically separate village dog group. The Europe Associated group is in orange, the Africa group in green, Central Asia in blue, and East and Southeast Asia is in pink.
