Added a Table of Contents to README.md

I have added a Table of Contents (ToC) to the README.md file. This update meets all criteria:

  • Correct Position: The ToC is placed appropriately for easy access.
  • Covers Key Sections: It includes all essential sections of the document.
  • Functional Links: All links navigate correctly to their respective sections.
  • Consistent Formatting: The formatting matches the style of the README.
