ci(deps): group Dependabot major updates

• Dependabot major updates now share one PR per ecosystem, like minor and patch updates already do. To hold back one dependency in a group PR, comment @dependabot ignore <dependency> major version. centrifuge-python, httpx, hatchling and ruff keep their own PRs.

ci.yml already runs on merge_group, so the merge queue needs no workflow change here.
