Summary

Unconstrained perfect always-on ACM guidance: optimize for understanding quality, not the 8500 gate. Still anti-sprawl (single moments table, no Judgment duplicate, no dual ambiguous-base tips).

Design (道 + 术)

  • : keep-live opening + working-set invariant (earns its place against this invariant)
  • 识别: 4 smells; full lightest transition bridge; recognizable moments
  • 判据: fold/rebase criteria + travel one-liner; cold start only on rebase candidate compare
  • 恢复: failure shapes include corrective lean
  • Disclosure: rebase-local skill pointer for ambiguous bases; end pointer for archive/exception only

vs #8 / #9

#9 #8 This
CORE length 8496 8732 9088
keep-live opening
full bridge wording compressed
against this invariant
cold start on fold anchors mixed ❌ (rebase-only)
rebase inline skill ✅ + end duplicate without end duplicate
corrective failure shapes thin thin

Recommend superseding #2#9 after review if live eval agrees.

Test plan

  • bun run verify:acm
  • Live: smell → invariant → lightest transition → fold criteria; rebase ambiguous → skill loads from rebase section

Keep live what NEXT needs, full lightest-transition bridge, criteria
naming, corrective failure shapes, rebase-local skill disclosure, and
archive-only end pointer—no Judgment table, no dual ambiguous-base tips.
