Bump ip-address from 10.1.0 to 10.2.0 in the npm_and_yarn group across 1 directory - #20

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/checkout@v3, actions/setup-node@v4, EndBug/add-and-commit@v9.
