fix(library): minor change UI bulk uninstall

Proposing a small UI change because the button said "Select" which is not intuitive or could be misleading.. The main goal of the button/function is to uninstall mods. Not to Select.

[Before] Not clicked: Shows "Select"

[Before] Clicked: Shows "Select"

Now with my proposal:

[After] Not clicked: Shows "Uninstall"

[After] Clicked: Shows "Cancel"

The UX here doesn't make a lot of sense tbh. Having a large "Uninstall" button in the toolbar looks odd but it also limits the possible scope of the feature.
We could perform other actions in the app as well with multiple selected mods - people might want to move multiple mods at once into a folder instead of drag and dropping them one by one.
