This folder contains a folder of code which will take the pac outputs from beapp and compute MI/phase bias metrics and create plots

Main script to access rest of code: run_compute_pac_metrics

Requirements:

1. a .csv "outputs" sheet which has a column named "Participants" and a column names "Group_Num" with the corresponding diagnosis for each participant
mapping to either 1 or 2
