Summary
When the steer queue atoms and recovery dispositions moved into
@librechat/chat,client/src/hooks/Chat/queue.tsandclient/src/components/Chat/Steering/recovery.tsstayed behind as re-exports so their consumers could stay untouched. A re-export inhooks/Chatstill counts as an app copy of chat state and keeps the file in scope for the chat package's boundary checks. This points every consumer (the stream hooks, the chat helpers, the queue rail, the run-end hooks, the chat contract and their specs) at
@librechat/chatand@librechat/chat/reactdirectly and deletes both re-export files. Nothing else changes.Part of the stack that moves the steer hooks into the chat package; base is the previous link.
