Explain installs the phone blocks over Wireless debugging - #25

Unattended phone installs go through `pm install` over the phone's own Wireless debugging. On Xiaomi/HyperOS with "Install via USB" off, and on OPPO/realme/vivo, the phone returns INSTALL_FAILED_USER_RESTRICTED. The app showed a generic refusal and Retry failed forever. Now the app shows a specific message, offers "Install with confirmation" (the system installer, on explicit tap), and checks persist.security.adbinstall before any APK is sent.
