Minor update for python3 compat. The only real major change was upping the MarkupSafe version to 1.0.

Should still be compatible with python2.

Sorry, just did a review. This probably will break python2 compatability since wsgiref is now a standard library. I'll try and find a better solution.

There we go. 7b8a902 should clear python2 compatibility up.
