Bump deps/dotlottie-rs to 3bb9d23 (ThorVG v1.0.1 -> v1.1.0) and rebuild all four Android ABIs from source against NDK 29. Build: - tvg-sw was renamed to tvg-cpu upstream; add tvg-gl (required by dotlottie_set_gl_target) and tvg-otf - crate-type now defaults to rlib, so cargo build no longer emits a .so; use cargo rustc --crate-type cdylib - stamp version.txt with the submodule commit rather than this repo's HEAD Bindings: - dotlottie_get_playback_status and dotlottie_is_loaded collapsed into dotlottie_status; the Status enum is renumbered and gains Idle/Tweening. is_loaded maps to status != Idle - dotlottie_set_image_slot_path and dotlottie_set_image_slot_data_url merged into dotlottie_set_image_slot_src; the Kotlin names are kept as deprecated aliases since they are part of the published API

pause() and stop() removed the Choreographer callback immediately after changing player state. Events are only drained, and the bitmap only refreshed, from that callback, so the queued Pause/Stop events were never delivered and stop() never rendered its rewind to the start frame. Run a final forced pass instead; the callback re-posts itself only while playing, so it does not resume playback. Keep setImageSlotSrc as the only image slot entry point and drop the setImageSlotPath / setImageSlotDataUrl aliases, which now resolve through the same source string and differ in name only.
