📝 Description

To drive viral growth and organic marketing, users should be able to boast about their successfully fulfilled commitments or their high reputation scores on social media.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Add a "Share" button to the Commitment Details view (when status is FULFILLED) and the Reputation Dashboard.
• Clicking the button should generate a pre-filled tweet intent URL (e.g., "I just successfully fulfilled a 500 XLM commitment on @Pactum! My reputation score is now 98. 🤝 [Link to Explorer]")
• Implement integration for Farcaster (Warpcast cast intents) as well.
• Ensure OpenGraph (<meta property="og:...>) tags are dynamically generated so the link previews look great on social media.
