BSA code challenge

ingestor.py

Assumes the archive.zip file is in same level as the ingestir.py file
Have not included archive.zip file due to TOS of kaggle
Extracts the zip file, extracts gas_symbol data and saves it to sqlite db

Fastapi server to serve the requested paths
