This request adds Scenarios 5 and 6 to the model. Using the May 13th presentation, I verified that this yields mortality results that match your published results, both for the entire epidemic and through May 31st.
I also added a new scenario ("Scenario 99") that imposes stay-at-home throughout the entire epidemic, for use as a baseline comparison. If "Scenario 1" represents one unrealistic and unfeasible extreme, "Scenario 99" represents the other. This scenario is commented out by default, since it was not part of your presentation.
Thanks for your work. I hope this is helpful, since I am sure you are quite busy. I am especially looking forward to seeing how your model handles testing and treatment, because I have no chance of reproducing any of that.
