Follow referee-accepted Sonnet author reassignments

Why

Lumen-2 reached v103, but the Worker reconstructed progress only when every accepted token used the original frozen author assignment. The referee had validly accepted roster-member substitutions beginning at v96, so the Worker failed closed before Mabolla's which turn.

Change

• Preserve the frozen 118-token word sequence.
• Reconstruct each state transition from a uniquely matched, signed referee acceptance by any exact roster member.
• Locally enforce DID-letter eligibility and the no-consecutive-author rule while following those accepted transitions.
• Continue to fail closed on ambiguity.
