Windows distribution of atuin built using msys2 UCRT.

This repository focuses on producing a Windows atuin.exe build and packaging it through GitHub Actions.

The GitHub Actions workflow supports two modes:

• scheduled or manual builds of the latest Atuin that upload workflow artifacts
• manual tagged builds that can also publish a GitHub release with atuin.exe and atuin.exe.sha256
