refactor: enrichment, erros HTTP do sync e contratos OpenAPI - #17

Substitui o pacote rag por enrichment com nomenclatura honesta, mapeia erros do sync para HTTP adequados e adiciona ADRs, testes e response_model nos endpoints de estatisticas.
Substitui == 0.0 por limiar epsilon para satisfazer Sonar S1244.
