Adding Advanced Support for Linear Program Analysis

Trying to add support for more advanced LP tools, including:

• Functions which convert a given OptimizationProblem into a problem with nonnegative variable values, and
• Functions which convert a given LP (right now an OptimizationProblem that is linear) into the standard LP form.
