fix(escrow): display accurate escrow status labels for terminal states (#259)

Summary

Fixes #259 by replacing the binary open/locked escrow check with an accurate status mapping covering all BountyStatus values in IssueDetailPage.

Changes

• Maps paid to 'Paid out'
• Maps refunded to 'Refunded to sponsor'
• Maps expired to 'Expired, unclaimed'
• Maps open to 'Awaiting funding' and active states (funded, claimed, in_review, merged) to 'Funds locked'

Verification

Correctly renders accurate escrow state for terminal and active bounties without displaying contradictory labels.
